The development of Summit Creek began in 1992, and has grown to include 711 single family homes, duplexes, and town homes. The community has a homeowner's association that looks out for the best interest of the families in the community. However, all work done by the committees in the association is done on a volunteer basis. We have many amenities in our community such as Tot Lots, Tennis Courts, Jogging Trails, Community Center, Swimming Pool, Scouting Opportunities, Teen Activities, Holidays and Events. |
