We are located in Clinton, Maryland conveniently located off Branch Avenue near I-495.
The community consists of 711 homes comprised of 352 single family homes, 259 town homes and 100 duplexes with more of a cottage feel and some have garages.
The association has a 9 member Board of Directors. The community is professionally managed by Potomac Valley Management. They are responsible for the day to day operations of the community, clubhouse and pool house facilities, and common areas throughout. The contact number for Potomac Valley is 301.390.4090.
Additionally, the community has an onsite office at the Community Center at 6904 Summit Creek Drive, which is open Monday through Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m.
